The Biomolecular Nanotechnology Center (BNC) at UC Berkeley is an 11,500 sq ft cleanroom facility in Stanley Hall, specializing in BioMEMS and Microfluidic devices that have the potential to transform fields like medical diagnostics and genomics.
The Biomolecular Nanotechnology Center offers a wide range of lab equipment, including lithography tools, soft lithography and PDMS processing stations, metrology instruments, and various microscopes. Additional resources include furnaces, ovens, thin film deposition and etching systems, biological experimentation tools, and a prototype/fixture machine shop.
